2008 Outing Package Rates

The outing packages are designed to best suit your needs.  The Golf Outing Package Prices are one rate for events scheduled Monday through Thursday and a different rate for events scheduled on Friday through Sunday.  If your outing does not meet the required minimum of players, you will be billed for the minimum and issued golf passes for the difference in the number of golfers.  Please add 6% taxes and 20% gratuity to all food and beverage items.

- After   2:00 p.m.                      $ 30.00
 
Friday - Sunday                              
- Before 2:00 p.m.                    $ 40.00
- After 2:00 p.m.                       $ 35.00
 
Golf & Cart
Monday - Sunday                            
Anytime (9 Holes)                    $ 25.00
 

REQUEST PROCEDURE 
Please call Lee at River Valley so that we can discuss your outing questions and to customize your event to meet your groups expectations. Once we have finalized you package we will provide you with an Event Contract Form outlining your package and requesting a $250.00 deposit (non-refundable) to reserve your date and starting times. RESPONSIBILITIES OF GROUP SPONSOR 
At least 7 days prior to your event: 

• Complete and fax the Final Count Guarantee Form.
• Determine the food and beverages for your event.
• Fax a list of participants in foursomes.
• Determine flag events and other special needs your group may have.

FINAL COUNT POLICY 
A completed and signed Final Count Guarantee Form (Will be provided with your contract) must be faxed to (515) 993-2202 at least 7 days prior to your event. Your 7 day final count will be the minimum amount billed for your event.

PAYMENT TERMS 
Payment in full is expected the day of your event. If direct billing is necessary, you will receive an invoice due in 30 days.

DRESS CODE POLICY 
Please advise your guests of our dress code policy in advance. Proper golf attire must be worn at all times. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Golf shoes must have soft spikes unless tennis shoes are worn.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY 
No off course food and beverages may be brought on to River Valley Golf Course or Clubhouse.
Iowa Liquor Laws to remember:

• No off course liquor allowed unless purchased from River Valley. 
• No personal coolers are allowed onto the premises.

From Highway 6 (Hickman Road) - west to Adel, go north on 8th street
in Adel.  Located 2 miles north of Adel, turn left on River Valley Drive.

Or

From Interstate 80 - west to the Adel-Desoto exit #110, go north to
Adel.  Located  2 miles north of Adel, turn left on River Valley Drive.

Or

From Grimes and Interstate 35-80 - Hwy. 141 exit north to Grimes exit
(Hwy. 44). Go west through Dallas Center to Hwy. 169,
turn south 2 miles and turn right on River Valley Drive.
